Management Trainee
A sales trainee can acquire the skills involved in taking on new and existing customers, assisting them with purchases, and taking calls.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Fresh Graduates: Perfect for those fresh out of college or with some internship experience, especially in insurance, consultancy, or Edtech.
- Enthusiastic Individuals: Passionate about education and eager to help students achieve their goals.
What You’ll Need:
- Education: A diploma, bachelor's, or master's degree in any field.
- Skills: Strong communication skills in regional languages, plus Hindi or English. You should be comfortable talking to new people and persuading them, be well-organized, and be good at multitasking.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year in admissions, consultancy, insurance, or related fields.
What’s in It for You:
- During Training (6 months): ₹15,000 per month. (Note: Zero performers will not receive any benefits.)
- After Training: A package of ₹7 LPA (₹4.75L fixed + ₹2.25L variable).
